When the projects started I worked with Billy and his crew. They were great to work with. They were on time, professional, well mannered. They set up in the garage and I was amazed at how quickly they removed old wallpaper and prepped the rooms for painting. They checked with me to make sure I was good as I was working from home. The interior turned out great. They then tackled the outside. I needed some repair work on my chimney and we discussed additional work they found after tearing off old parts. They made sure I was ok with what needed to be done. The same thing happened by my front door. Then I wanted my front door stained but they convinced me I would be unhappy with the results so we went to plan B and painted the door the same color as the shutters and it turned out great. I had friends over Labor Day Weekend and they were impressed with how well the house looked. All the workers put in plenty of hours, were courteous, cleaned up and generally went the extra mile on my projects. I appreciated the hard work and attention to detail. A faded, peeling, or graying fence is the first thing visitors see — and the last thing you want representing your property. We handle wood, vinyl, wrought iron, aluminum, chain-link, and perimeter wall fences. Every project starts with pressure washing, spot repair, and proper priming for the specific material before a drop of finish coat goes on.
Wood Fences: Cleaned, sanded, primed, and stained or painted — grain sealed against moisture intrusion.
Wrought Iron & Metal: Rust-inhibiting primer applied before finish coat — prevents bleed-through.

Standard exterior paint applied without elastomeric base on stucco will crack and allow moisture intrusion within 3–5 years in Northeast Florida’s conditions.
Stucco cracks, wood rot on fascia and fence posts, peeling paint on gates, rust on iron rails — everything cheaper contractors paint straight over. We don’t. Every exterior surface is pressure washed, inspected, repaired, caulked, and primed before finish coats go on. What’s compromised will be fixed. What’s painted will hold.
